1. General Returns Policy


a. No Returns after 30 Days.
b. All Returns are Subject to Manufacturer's Return Policy.
c. An RGA (Return Goods Authorization) Form is needed for all Returns; No Returns can be processed without an RGA Number.


2. Controls & Tools


a. All Sales on Electrical or Electronic Controls and Tools are Final.
b. North Fork Plumbing Supply will not honor any returns on Controls and Tools


3. Defective Products


a. Returns on Defective Products are Subject to Manufacturer's Return Policy.
b. Returns on Defective Products within 30 Days of Receipt are Subject to No Handling Fee.
c. Returns on Defective Items after 30 Days are subject to a 10% Handling Fee.
d. Return the Defective Product in the same box it was received with original packaging.
e. An RGA Form is needed for all Returns; No Returns can be processed without an RGA Number.


4. Replacing Items Under Manufacturer Warranty


a. North Fork Plumbing Supply Honors All Products Covered by valid manufacturer warranties.
b. North Fork Plumbing Supply will contact the Manufacturer to determine the necessary steps for getting a replacement product as fast as possible.
c. All Items are Subject To Manufacturer's Return Policy.
d. *As of April 2014, MOEN will no longer accept Shower Cartridges under warranty, through a wholesaler on behalf of the customer.


5. Received Wrong Products


a. If by any chance North Fork Plumbing Supply ships the wrong product, Please Notify North Fork Plumbing Supply within 20 Days of Receiving the Products.
b. For Faster Replacement, Ship the Wrong Product back to our office as soon as possible to speed up the Return Process.
c. A 10% Restocking Fee will be Charged if Returned after 20 Days of Receipt
d. An RGA Form is needed for all Returns (regardless of if the merchandise received was incorrect); No Returns can be processed without an RGA Number.


6. Receiving Damaged Package


a. If a damaged package is left at your door, please contact North Fork Plumbing Supply right away. To ensure a fast return, ship back the damaged package so North Fork Plumbing Supply can start the return / exchange process.
b. All Returns must be unused and in the Original Packaging.
c. A 10% restocking Fee will be Charged if Returned after 15 Days of Receipt.
d. An RGA Form is needed for all Returns; No Returns can be processed without an RGA Number.


7. Ordering Wrong Products


a. If you ordered the wrong products, please Contact North Fork Plumbing Supply to set up a return for you.
b. The Products must be New and Unused in the Original Packaging.
c. Product will not be honored for a return if Product is used.
d. The Customer is Responsible for all Shipping Charges Associated with the Return or Exchange.
e. A 10% restocking Fee will be Charged if Returned after 15 Days of Receipt
f. An RGA Form is needed for all Returns; No Returns can be processed without an RGA Number.


8. Changing Your Order Before Shipping


a. North Fork Plumbing Supply Will only be able to make changes on orders that have yet to leave the warehouse
b. An order cannot be changed after the order is shipped.
c. If the order is shipped, you will have to set up a return. Return the Item as soon as you receive it so North Fork Plumbing Supply can start the Return Process.
d. An RGA Form is needed for all Returns; No Returns can be processed without an RGA Number.


9. Freight Packages


a. Please inspect all Packages on delivery. If the package looks damage from the result of shipping do not sign for it. Refuse the Delivery and Contact North Fork Plumbing Supply Immediately with a description of the damages. North Fork Plumbing Supply will Contact the Freight Company to begin a claim so the product can be delivered right away.
b. In the event you notice concealed damages after the driver has left, you must contact North Fork Plumbing Supply within 10 days of receipt.


10. Cancellations


a. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped from the warehouse. If your order had been shipped, you must set up a return and immediately ship the order back to North Fork Plumbing Supply.
b. The customer is responsible for the initial shipping charges and return charges.
c. An RGA Form is needed for all Returns; No Returns can be processed without an RGA Number.


11. Return Process To Start a Return, You will need the following:


a. The Invoice of your Order
b. Product in Original Packaging with all Manuals, Wiring and Accessories
c. An RGA Form is needed for All Returns. If no RGA Number is given, the return cannot be processed.
d. Contact North Fork Plumbing Supply to speak to a representative, they will be able to send you an RGA Form.


12. Special Orders


a. A deposit must be made on all Special Orders before they are ordered from the factory.
b. The customer is responsible for all freight charges on any Special Ordered Items unless otherwise noted.
c. Returns on Special Ordered items may be accepted unless they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item. Please refer to the appropriate return policy for instructions.
d. Any Special Order Returns that are accepted may be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
